For a Wireless Connection Use:

netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface “Wireless Network Connection” mtu=1472 store=persistent

Replace Local Area Connection/Wireless Network Connection with the name of your network adapter and hit Enter. Now, after doing it, Open google chrome and try to browse websites. You should no longer encounter ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.
